Payment Terms

Prices on this website are listed in US Dollars. All orders and invoices are shown in US Dollars.

Orders are processed on the date of order and that day’s exchange rate is used. Please review your credit card statement for the charge in Foreign Currency.

Customer is responsible for any and all related taxes or import duties for shipping. USA orders are not subject to Canadian federal tax (GST). Applicable Provincial sales tax will be added to prices.

We accept payment via PayPal and Canadian eTransfers. No orders will be shipped until payment has been received.

Warranty Period

This warranty covers your product for a period of 14 days from the date you receive your product.

Coverage

If, within 14 days of receiving your product, you encounter any issues or defects that affect functionality, Elliott Bit ‘N Spur will offer the option of either a trade-in or a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions outline below.

Conditions for Return

The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
The product must not show signs of misuse, abuse, or intentional damage.

Return Process

Contact us at info@elliottbitandspur.com within the 14-day warranty period to report the issue and initiate the return process.
Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

Options for Resolution

Trade-In: We will send you a replacement product of equal value and will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will process it within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
